I am going to talk about Hero Motocorp, the world's largest two wheeler company, which was started by Brijmohan Lal Munjal with his three brothers even before the country became independent and he had a dream to make a ride that is for the poor.

To become the cheapest means of transport, but to fulfill this dream, he did not even have enough capital, due to which he started his business by selling bicycle parts and then selling parts to Hero Group, the world's largest two. Will know everything about how the Wheeler Company was formed.

The story begins from 1 July 1923 when Brijmohan Lal Munjal was born at a place called Kamaliya of undivided India. After India separated from Pakistan, Kamalia is now in Pakistan, Brijmohan Lal came to Amritsar from Kavalia along with his 3 brothers Dayanand Satyanand and Omprakash at just 20 years of age and started a bicycle parts business on a very small scale.

As the business grew, he collected some money and then in 1954 he founded Hero Cycles in Ludhiana where he made chain handles and some parts for the bicycle. The next 2 years, in 1956, the Punjab government floated a tender for a bicycle manufacturing company, and Hero Cycles also beat it, and fortunately the Hero group got a license to make bicycle by the government, after which they raised their capital and from the government Started the business of making bicycles with the help of ₹ 600000.

Although his production was not very special in the beginning, with the passage of time, with his dedication and hard work, he increased the production to 7500 cycles every year and by 1975, Hero Cycle became India's largest bicycle manufacturer, after which he made Cycles.

Started sending overseas on a large scale and in this way, by 1986, this company became the largest bicycle maker not only in India but the whole world and this year their record was recorded in the Guinness Book of Records If we talk today, the company makes 19000 bicycles every day.

After a major breakthrough as a bicycle manufacturer, the Hero Group started making motorcycles for the first time, they made the Hero Majestic moped and then in 1984 they signed a contract with the Japanese company Honda to manufacture the motorcycle. Just from here, he set the foundation for another success and then the Hero Group along with Honda set up a plant at Dharuhera, Haryana to manufacture motorcycles and then on April 13, 1985, Hero Honda's Puzzle Bike CD 100 was launched.

The bike made a splash after its launch as this bike was made especially for the common people, due to its tremendous mileage and comfort, people liked it very much. This was the reason that Hero Honda sold 86 lakh motorcycles from 1985 to 2002, at that time 16000 new motorcycles started being produced every day.

As a motorcycle manufacturer, Hero Honda decided to part ways in August 2011 after successfully flagging off but Hero Honda's motorcycle bus in India sold until 2013, with Hero giving him royalties for using Honda's name and then when When the two companies separated, Hero continued its business under the name of Hero Motocorp and today, Hero MotoCorp is the largest motorcycle maker in the world.

In India too, 46% people use Hero's bikes, Friends, after creating a different history of success, on 1 November 2015, at the age of 92, Brijmohan Lal Munjal said goodbye to this world, but before that he gave us a lot from his life. Have taught something. If our spirits are bright and good intentions, success will kiss us at some point or the other. So guys that's all for today.
